• The Provider reserves the right, if necessary, to shut down the Provider's online system and related services for the purpose of system maintenance for a necessary period of time, without prior notice or reason.
  • The Provider shall not be liable for any financial or other damage caused to the Client directly or indirectly as a result of the temporary or permanent shutdown of the Provider's service.
  • In the event that the Provider's services are unreasonably long, the Client has the right to terminate the Contract at any time. The notice period in this case shall be 10 working days from receipt of the written notice. An unreasonably long period of time means a period of at least 30 calendar days.
  • The Provider reserves the right not to process incoming or outgoing payment transactions in the event of a service outage.
