Rights and obligations of the Client

The Client is obliged to fully comply with the Terms and Conditions and the procedures set by the Provider, in particular, to ensure that no other person becomes familiar with the Client's account access data, does not provide this data to any other person, nor does it record or store it in any recognizable form. The Client shall take all reasonable measures to protect its access data. In the event of loss, theft or possible misuse or unauthorized use of the Access Data, the Client shall immediately report such facts to the Provider and request the issuance of new Access Data. If the Client fails to comply with this obligation, the Provider shall not be liable for any damages resulting therefrom. The Provider is also not liable for damages that occurred before the reporting of the misuse of access data.

• The Client is obliged to duly pay the fees related to the provision of the Services.
• The Client declares that the information provided for payment purposes is true, accurate, current and complete.
• No other person may use the Client's access data.
• The Client shall inform the Provider without undue delay of:
  • any change to your identifying information,
  • loss of documents proving the Client's identity,
  • loss or theft of access data to the Client's Account,
  • any other facts necessary for the provision of the Services.
