If your card is lost or stolen, you can freeze your card instantly on Breinrock's platform, by clicking on the Freeze Card Icon under your Physical Card Details. Additionally, contact our Customer Support Team by email: cards@breinrock.com
Yes, you can withdraw cash from ATMs that accept Mastercard. However, some ATMs may charge fees. There is also a daily/monthly withdrawal limit.
You can get a prepaid card by applying for one through the Breinrock platform. There is a simple application process, submission of documents, and Compliance Check prior to approval.
Log in to your account > click "Activate Card" in Cards > enter the last 4 digits of your card > click "Next" > Your card is active!
You can load money onto your card from your main GBP / EURO Account on Breinrock's platform.

You can check your card balance and transaction history online through our platform. Additionally, you can contact customer support for balance inquiries.

To close your prepaid Mastercard account, please contact our customer support for guidance on the necessary steps and any remaining balance on your card.
To find your card PIN, log in to the platform, go to Cards, navigate to your card, and click Reveal Details. Enter the OTP when prompted, then click the rotating arrows icon at the top right of the card to view the back — your PIN will be displayed there. To activate contactless payments, please complete a Chip & PIN transaction first.
