The Terms and Conditions do not affect the provisions of generally binding legislation governing consumer protection.
The Provider reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions and the Terms and Conditions shall be deemed amended and effective from the moment of their publication on
https://www.Breinrock.com/. The Provider shall inform the Client of the proposed amendment usually via the Client Account, email (to the last email address provided by the Client), or SMS message.
The Client shall have the right to terminate the Contract within 1 month of notification of a change in the Terms and Conditions by written notice delivered to the Provider. If the Client rejects the proposal for change before the date on which the change is to take effect, the Client shall have the right to terminate the Contract free of charge and with immediate effect before the date on which the change is to take effect. If the Client does not terminate the Contract, the Client shall be deemed to have unconditionally accepted the amendment to the Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions are published on the Website and are also available at the Provider's registered office. At the same time, the Terms and Conditions are available to the Client on the system within their Client Account.
Archiving of changes to the Terms and Conditions is provided by the Provider.
The Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic and the courts of the Czech Republic shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes. The Provider and the Client agree that any dispute arising out of the Contract shall first seek to resolve amicably.
These Terms and Conditions shall take effect on 01 April 2025.
