• A payment is correctly made if it is made in accordance with the Client's instructions.
  • The Client is entitled to request or receive payments through the Provider as described in the Terms and Conditions or on the Website. Payments may only be made in the manner set out in the Terms and Conditions and on the Website.
  • After completing and confirming the information required to make the money transfer, the Client instructs the Provider to make a specific payment. After the Client enters the payment, the system informs the Client via a relevant message sent to the Client's email address, to the Client's phone number, or via the web interface.
  • After entering the payment, the Client has 15 minutes to authorize the payment. The payment is authorized by a one-time password (OTP) generated via Google Authenticator. By authorizing, the Client also confirms that he/she has read the relevant information regarding the payment before authorizing. In the event that authorization is not received, the payment will be automatically cancelled.
  • If the payment cannot be processed at the time of sending the payment, the Client will be notified by email or via the web interface and it will remain in pending status. The Client may be requested to provide additional documentation. As soon as the opportunity to make a payment arises, the Client will receive a notification to their email address, after which the Client will have to authorize the payment; if they fail to do so, the payment will remain pending. If the Client does not make the payment, the entire procedure remains pending.
  • Once the payment is authorized and all compliance requirements are met, the Client can initiate the transfer manually via the platform. If for any reason the payment cannot be made, the payment is cancelled and the Client is informed in the user interface, by email or SMS and must repeat the payment. The Client has the right to cancel an incomplete payment and also to check the status of the payment at any time via their Client Account by entering their login details.
  • Pay-ins may be processed outside working hours. However, pay-outs are processed only on working days during business hours. If a pay-out order reaches the Provider at a time that is not the Provider's business hours, the pay-out order shall be deemed to have been received at the beginning of the Provider's next business hours. The exception to this are payments that the Provider makes through the automated software immediately, at any time, i.e. even outside its working hours, the Provider shall credit the funds from the Client's account at the moment of receipt of the payment, provided that all agreed conditions for its execution are met.
  • A payment is deemed to be completed at the time the funds are transferred from the Client’s account, subject to compliance checks and system queue processing.
  • The Client may only withdraw his/her consent to the payment if the payment has not yet been made.
  • Payments, payment orders and other transactions are processed exclusively through the web interface and are recorded by the website hardware and software.
  • Upon repayment, commissions are deducted from the amount transferred and credited to the Client's account. If the cancellation of the payment was caused by a technical failure or other error on the part of the Provider, no commissions will be deducted from the Client's account.
  • If the Client requests a payment whose value exceeds the balance on the Client's account, the Provider shall reject the order and inform the Client of such rejection.
  • The system ensures that the process of entering, executing and performing individual transactions in the system is as simplified as possible.
  • In the case of a deposit to the Client's own account using SEPA, the funds are typically available within a few hours on the Provider’s business days. For transfers to countries outside the EEA, funds will be received within 3 (three) business days at the latest. In some countries the service may be delayed or other restrictions may apply.
  • The transfer rates are set out on the Website and will also be displayed to the Client on the payment page before the payment is sent. In certain cases withdrawals may be subject to local taxes or service charges. This may result in the recipient being subject to additional fees for receiving funds from the Client. The Provider does not have any control over the amount of fees charged by the Recipient bank.
  • The Provider shall refuse to make a payment if the obligation to refuse arises from a legal provision. The Provider may refuse to make a payment which does not meet the terms agreed in the contract or where there is reasonable suspicion that it has been made by an unauthorised person (for example, in connection with the unauthorised use of a means of payment). The Provider shall not be liable to the Client for damages caused by the failure to make a payment for the above reasons. Unless contrary to law, the Provider shall inform the Client of the failure to make the payment.
  • The Provider shall inform the Client of any suspected unauthorised or fraudulent use of a payment instrument, in particular by email, telephone or by SMS message to the Client's telephone number, unless otherwise agreed.
