We are looking for a Relationship Manager to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships, develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, communicate progress to stakeholders, track account metrics, and support growth opportunities.

Role Description

The Relationship Manager is responsible for managing client relationships, supporting key accounts, communicating client progress and needs, preparing account reports, tracking key account metrics, assisting with escalations, and collaborating with sales teams to grow opportunities.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.

Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.

Clearly communicate the progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.

Forecast and track key account metrics, including quarterly sales results and annual forecasts.

Prepare reports on account status.

Identify and grow opportunities within the assigned territory.

Collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth.

Assist with high-severity requests or issue escalations as needed.

Maintain regular client contact to address questions and concerns.

Request information necessary to properly complete testing and administration of the plan.

Assist with and provide backup for other accounting functions as needed.

Support special projects as assigned.
