We are looking for a Payment Specialist to manage multi-currency accounts, oversee designated IBAN accounts, facilitate cross-border payments, handle currency exchange transactions, and ensure incoming and outgoing payments are processed accurately and efficiently.

Role Description

The Payment Specialist is responsible for supporting payment operations across multi-currency accounts, designated IBAN accounts, SWIFT payments, local payments, currency exchange transactions, documentation, compliance, reporting, and payment-related client or vendor inquiries.

Responsibilities

Manage multi-currency accounts and oversee designated IBAN accounts.

Facilitate cross-border payments, including SWIFT and local payments worldwide.

Handle currency exchange transactions.

Process and verify incoming and outgoing payments accurately and efficiently.

Monitor payment transactions to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.

Maintain records of all payment transactions and related documentation.

Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate payment processing.

Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.

Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to payment processing.

Respond to inquiries from clients and vendors regarding payment status and issues.

Implement improvements to enhance payment processing efficiency and accuracy.

Complete all other tasks provided by the Head of Payments.
