We are looking for an Operations Specialist to join the Breinrock team in Cyprus. This role supports the smooth and efficient functioning of day-to-day operations through operational planning, process improvement, project management, data reporting, team coordination, compliance, and risk management.

Role Description

The Operations Specialist is a key member of the Breinrock team in Cyprus, responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of day-to-day operations.

This role involves a combination of strategic planning, process improvement, and hands-on execution to drive operational excellence.

The Operations Specialist works closely with various departments to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and maintain high standards of service.

The role is based in the Breinrock office in Limassol, Cyprus.

The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, requiring the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Operational Planning and Execution

Develop and implement operational plans to support business objectives.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of operational strategies.

Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.

Process Improvement

Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Conduct regular reviews of existing processes and recommend modifications to streamline operations.

Collaborate with the team to implement new tools and technologies that improve operational capabilities.

Project Management

Lead and manage operational projects from initiation to completion.

Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Develop project plans, set milestones, and monitor progress to ensure successful outcomes.

Communicate project updates to stakeholders and address any issues or risks promptly.

Data Management and Reporting

Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends and insights.

Prepare regular reports and dashboards to provide visibility into operational performance.

Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

Team Coordination and Support

Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure operational tasks are completed effectively.

Facilitate communication between departments to ensure seamless coordination and collaboration.

Assist in training and development initiatives to enhance the skills and capabilities of the operations team.

Compliance and Risk Management

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.

Identify and mitigate operational risks to protect the company's interests.

Participate in audits and reviews to ensure adherence to standards and best practices.
