Onboarding Specialist

We are looking for an Onboarding Specialist to manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensure accounts are set up correctly and efficiently, provide customer support when needed, and work closely with the sales team to support efficient client onboarding.

Role Description

The Onboarding Specialist is responsible for the onboarding process of new clients, ensuring that their accounts are set up correctly and efficiently.

The role also provides customer service and support to clients as needed and works closely with the sales team to support efficient onboarding.

Responsibilities

Ensure all clients are onboarded according to Breinrock policies.

Regularly inspect client files.

Take responsibility for ensuring all client licenses and contracts are in line with local legislation.

Provide customer service and support to clients as needed.

Work closely with the sales team to support efficient onboarding of new clients.

Complete all other tasks requested by the immediate supervisor.
